A week ago I wrote a one star review, saying that what I had received was "awful" - In hindsight that was harsh. The product was good but not what I ordered. Immediately I was contacted by the company, explaining why I had received what I had and when I said I would still like the product I had ordered, I was immediately told that they would do this free of charge - in fact I was offered a discount, which I refused as it was not about the money. The customer service I have received from EvoArtPrints is second to none. I would recommend this firm to friends and family and will definitely be using them again in the future. I found their products where of high quality and the packaging that they came in was substantial. You don't get this customer inaction from larger firms.
